Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Business Partner to join our team as the first hire, supporting the CEO directly. This role blends administrative responsibilities, sales, and marketing tasks, along with occasional instructional duties.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in contributing to growth. This is a unique opportunity to become a core member of a growing startup with significant potential for future equity and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ad hoc administrative tasks including inventory management, IT asset management, and updating laptops.

- Handle various sales and marketing initiatives to promote our courses and expand our reach.

- Step in as an instructor for camps as needed, providing quality education in robotics and programming.

- Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations and strategic planning as a trusted partner.

-Hybrid role, 1-2 days in office per week required

Qualifications:

- Possess an undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in a graduate program; outstanding undergraduates may also be considered.

- Demonstrable experience in robotics, coding, or other relevant STEM fields.

- Proven background in instructing or tutoring K-12 students.

- Ability to work part-time on an unstructured schedule, primarily Thursday to Sunday

- Sales/marketing experience is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

- The position offers a unique compensation package, either on a commission and/or stipend basis. A monthly stipend can be negiotiated commensurate with experience.
